Being the owner of the best quarries helps us in having total control over the production process, resulting in strict quality control with large quantities and reliable services. While continuing the production in white marble quarries, Gem Marble Group also carries out substructural production activities on other quarries as well, particularly of white, grey, green, & other colours. We are very well equipped with highly advanced and best quality machines such as Loader, Excavator Machine, Volvo Dumper, JCB, Derric Crane, Wire Saw, Compressor, LD 4, Hydra Machine, Tractor (L D 4), etc for both quarrying and manufacturing of natural stones, managing entirely all the phases of the processing, from quarrying rough block to the installation of finished products. We also have a processing plant which is situated at Udaipur on a plot of 50,000 m2. The plant itself is housed in a closed space of 12,000 m2 and has the capacity to process 450,000 m2 of marble per annum. Apart from this, Gem Marble Group also carries out various research activities for obtaining new reliable sources of exportable stones that are carefully implemented by the professional quarry management teams.
